problem verbs

i have such a hard time remembering the meaning of these verbs:
harimasu (to stick ie a stamp)
migakimasu (to polish)
sashimasu (to put up ie umbrella)
nakushimasu (to lose)
kakemasu (to put on glasses)
kakemasu (to make a phone call)
kiemasu (to go out)
shimemasu (to tighten)
narabemasu (to line things up)
haremasu (to clear up)
orimasu (to get off)
how do i imprint these meanings on my brain???
