ok i did it, and i only got 10/20. Rubbish.

You know what though, i think it's true. It's not just the way people look though...i mean, in photos especially, there's always something distinctly 'american' about american people in photos. Now what i mean? I honestly think the way americans (hey, canadians too, im sure) carry themselves gives off a more confident vibe than brits....we're very self-loathing at times...comes across on photos. Then of course some of the guys in those photos had pint glasses...dead giveaway.

perhaps we're just a bunch of mingers...i always think americans look more groomed than us.

americans more groomed?? i always think the opposite. europeans always seem to be really fashionable...whereas (north) americans tend to dress more casually...
however, this probably applies to europeans NOT including you brits. you're your own breed. the one thing i don't understand though? the europe-wide (INCLUDING england) male habit of jelling their hair. WTF is up with that?
and kat, maybe it has a bit to do with how they present themselves in photos, but it's also definitely in the facial features. can't put my finger on it...but it has to do with the eyes most definitely.

yeah youre right...

the gel thing....funny huh. i HATE IT. hate it! This is tres shallow, but if i see a guy with gelled hair im immediately like "i dont like him!". Sad but true. I dont know why they do it, or where it came from.

what's up with the facial feature thing then? Since our (north) american friends are all descendents of us anyway.

You know what. you hit the nail on the head. I think the UK is very different from continental Europe...That small stretch of water might as well be a huge ocean. But dahhhling, i shall always remain European, and thus classier and more refined than most. what, what!

europeans are modest, too.

"he looks well fit"- Now if that isn't the brit influence rubbing off on you right there, i don't know what is!

what's he had done then? I would liked to have seen but the bastard is abadoning me for Joetsu this evening. How rude.
