i dont get it!
if you put 'sugi' at the end of an adjective then it turns it into 'too nani-nani'. so sexy = sekushii and 'too sexy' is 'sekushiisugi' and tomoko is saying, 'daijyoubu, it's not too sexy' (sekushiisugiNAIyo)ne? tomo-chan?
