the journey back to thailand

Finally on Thursday morning we piled into a minivan for the 13 hour journey back to Bangkok. The minivans kept stopping at random rivers where we would have to get off, get on a little ferry boat (literally some planks of wood tied together – which supported about 8 cars and that 30 people) and cross to the other side. Crossing back into Thailand and getting closer to Bangkok Thailand just felt so incredibly developed compared to Cambodia. We shared our minivan with a group of 15 dutch guys who were all traveling Cambodia together for 3 weeks.
