so much for typhoons
with all of the clatter that was going on at our schools with regards to typhoon nabi, what the hell was that yesterday? kat's kids got to go home, kate's kids' club activities were cancelled, all of our teachers were having meetings about the typhoon, making sure to warn everyone to go straight home etc.
all i felt was a little wind.
well, better to be over-cautious than under-cautious i suppose.

My apartment building was literally swaying from the wind last night... I was also laughing about the over-cautious nature of our hosts but I must admit last night I was sitting thinking whether I should make a plan before I went to bed cause I honestly though my windows were going to smash... The deafening wind also kept me awake for like two hours...
true - my car was kinda blowing all over the expressway as i was driving home from niigata...and i did end up shutting my balcony doors last night because the wind was so strong...
ok, so there was wind but really... it wasnt as impressive as i thought it would be!! We got it down here yesterday daytime during school, so it was makin a crackin noise and it was fing hot cuz we had to shut the windows, but there was no rain so it didnt seem half as bad.
