tam and i went to nagoya this weekend for (thankfully), the last time. we went on this rollercoaster in the higashiyama zoo, only the both of us had to fold ourselves up like and accordian in order to get into the cart - tam's the only other person i know with legs as long as me. sunday we went to a flee market which is held at a big shrine in the centre of the city twice a month. i bought so many things!...including an italian espresso maker, a pipe, a cast iron teapot, and a few kimonos and yukatas. MEWR!

yeah it was mad. playerz dave had a wedding ceremony in the bar on sunday night! crazy stuff but kinda sweet or maybe i am becoming a romatic in my old age. really happy for you that gio will be closer real soon:-)
MEWR indeed! that is such a tam bam photo. saw the cliff-chris-cary contingent on the weekend at the 50 year old fiesta. mum was clad in her white leather jacket and black micro pumps looking classy as per usual. two people at the party told jules and i that before even thinking about a career we should "find a man". in fact, Pam was seemingly trying to dissuade Jules from teachers college because "you'll never find a man there and the women are desperate". nice. i felt as though i was talking to aunty Nat at brenden's wedding all over again.
oh and why don't you delete the offending blog spam? the roothams are constantly having to dig out the little buggers on their blog.

i forgot. when are your holland dates again? i was looking at flights and i know you're not going to like it but the price drops by almost 200$ loons if you leave on the 26th... might have to go for it.

i'll be arriving on the 22nd and returning on the 3rd. so, i understand if you want to wait till the 26th but holland is 6 hrs ahead, right? so you wouldn't get there till the night of the 26th or the 27th. well, that should be ok. that's still a week till i have to leave almost. only thing is, we still need to fit in a couple of days in amsterdam and den haag etc. let me know. i sent you an email today too
