monday to wednesday of last week i attended the conference for returning JETs in yokohama city. we had three days of workshops designed to get us thinking about life after JET and getting back into the job market etc. it was definitely worth the expense...but it's also thrown me into somewhat of a panic mode with regards to Whats Next.

yokohama is a strange city, which feels incredibly new and half-built. un-japanese like wide streets and brandnew highrises. chinatown was pretty neat, as well as the harbour lit up at night.
