is there like this unwritten rule...

...that when you go into the toilets at school, if there are only two stalls, one of which is a squatter and one of which is western style, that out of politeness you first go into the squatter? even if it's only you in the bathroom? i find that in both my schools, if i ever go into the bathroom and there is already a teacher in there, she will always be using the squatter and leaving the western style one free. or is this because they prefer to use the squatters?
thoughts?

I think it lies from an inbuilt Japanese trait that they like to “do the business” as quickly, efficiently as possible without the risk of developing arthritis in latter life.

I always take in the days newspaper ( to read and NOT to wipe my arse with) when im sitting on the throne and there is nothing as refreshing in the morning after having a cup of tea, then catching up on the days international affairs, gearing up for a day of teaching monkeys, safe in the knowledge that however much time I have spent in the cubicle, I would technically have gotten paid to have a shit!

But then my school is literally located in a field.

Ive just been cooking with the special needs class, and then we get to stuff our faces...it's great test week.

nope, i'm still teaching normal classes.
hit "without the risk of developing arthritis" wouldn't they heighten this risk by squatting? or do you mean they get the practice by squatting, thus working out their knees and but bones to help prevent arthritis???
by the way thanks for your shitty comments. always nice to know about how you go about doing your business...!

Answer to first question- the latter; in 3rd world countries, less people have arthritis and squatting in tiolets is a factor.

Response to second comment; Your welcome.

Lets share. We are all friends here. Its a very natural, sometimes liberating function of the human body.

I calculated. I earned about 1500\ through most part of my lunch break disposing of waste.

Start a new thread "How do you go?".

I dare you!!
